John J. Bruno

John J. Bruno, 94, of Shelocta, PA passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Pinnacle Health West Shore Hospital in Enola, PA.
He was born in Conway, PA, November 24, 1920, a son of the late Nazzarino and Loretta Catalucci Bruno.
He retired as an operating engineer for local #66. He was a member of the American Legion Post #0341 and a member of the Elks Lodge #203 for forty-four years. He was a World War II veteran. He enjoyed making wine, and gardening. He especially enjoyed Sunday Dinner with friends and family.
Surviving are two daughters, Sandra Foreman of Liverpool, PA and Frances Shaffer of Dillsburg, PA; three grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four sisters, one brother, and two granddaughters.
Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
