Jo Ann Fensterbush

Jo Ann Fensterbush, 84, of Carlisle, passed away with her loving family by her side on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at her home.

She was born June 30, 1939, in Spruce Hill, PA to the late Edward Banks and Irene Elizabeth (Lauver) Casner.

Jo Ann was employed by the former Capital Products for over twenty years before they closed. She then went to work for IBM for a short time until she retired. Jo Ann enjoyed traveling and was an avid bowler and golfer. She was a member of WIBC and competed in many local leagues and even traveled for national bowling competitions.

She is survived by her three loving children, Tammy (husband Greg) Campbell of Shippensburg, Wanda (companion Jay) Blain of Carlisle, and Shawn (wife Samantha) Fensterbush of Carlisle; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one sister, Doris Reed of Carlisle. In addition to her parents, Jo Ann was preceded in death by one son, Michael Weller, five brothers, and two sisters.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
