Jennifer J. Benson

Jennifer J. Benson, age 38, of Carlisle and formerly of New Jersey, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017 at her home.
She was born August 20, 1979 in Union, NJ to the late Concetta R. (DeCaito) Skiba.
Jennifer loved children and animals, especially her two cats. She enjoyed reading, attending concerts, cooking and caring for others.
She is survived by: her husband of 10 years, Daniel A. Benson of Carlisle; three sisters, Dana DaSilva, Robin Giardina and Stephanie Leonard; her step-father, James Edward Griffin; and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA. Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Saturday from 3:00 p.m. until the times of the services.
