Jeffrey W. Bistline

Jeffrey W. Bistline, 70, of Carlisle, died Monday, September 3, 2012 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
Born March 4, 1942 in Harrisburg, he was a son of the late Harry A. Bistline, Jr. and Dorothy H. Hess Bistline Rhone and the widower of Frances Bistline.
Jeffrey worked for Xerox and also a delivery driver for Cumberland Truck Parts, Carlisle. He was a member of Cumberland Valley Classic Car Club, Blue Moon Cruisers, Buick Club of American and St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Carlisle. He loved going to flea markets on Sunday at Williams Grove. Jeffrey was a US Army veteran who served during Vietnam War.
Surviving are his companion, Helen Walker of Carlisle and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Andrew Bistline.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, September 14, 2012 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle. Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
