Jeanne H. Brenneman, 88, of Carlisle died Friday, July 4, 2014 at Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home.
Born July 23, 1925 in Boiling Springs, she was a daughter of the late Charles S. and Hazel Banks Clepper and the widow of Vincent L. Brenneman, Sr.
Jeanne was a member of Boiling Springs VFW Auxiliary, a member of the South Middleton Township Fire Company Auxiliary and a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church, Carlisle. She retired from the United States Postal Service, in Boiling Springs, after more than twenty-five years.
She is survived by three sons, Donald J. (and wife, Debra L.) of York Haven, Vincent L. Jr. (and wife, Pamela) of Mt. Holly Springs, and K. Samuel (and wife Debra D.) of Camp Hill; one daughter, Jeannie K. (and husband, John) Misantone of Staunton, VA, nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Gerald, Charles, Richard and Kenneth Clepper.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 9, 2014 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle with Reverend Daniel Dennis officiating. Burial will be held at Springville Cemetery, Boiling Springs. A viewing will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
