Jeanne A. Speck

Jeanne A. Speck, age 82, of Newville, passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018 at her residence.
She was born in Plainfield, PA on June 10, 1936 to the late Lawrence D. and Edith M.(Finkenbinder) Weary.
Jeanne enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially working on the farm.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Martin (husband Jim) of Titusville, and Debra Speck of Newville; son, David Speck (wife Deb) of Newville; sisters, JoAnne Shearer of Newville and Betty Tritt of Carlisle; grandchildren, Becky Jacobs, Amy Pittroff, and John Martin; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA 17013 with Pastors John Miller and Simon O’Mahony officiating. Interment will be at the Prospect Hill Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
