Janice R. Legg

Janice Rupert Legg, 70, of Carlisle died Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home, Carlisle.
Born November 12, 1943 in Harrisburg, she was a daughter of the late Harry and K. Mae Deibler Rupert.
She was a former teacher of Plane Geometry and Algebra at Central Dauphin East High School. Janice was a graduate of Central Dauphin High School, Class of 1961 and later Shippensburg University with a B.S. in Mathematics.
Surviving are her husband of forty-four years, Col. Ret. Michael K. A. Legg of Carlisle; one daughter, Laura Legg of Washington, DC; one brother, Thomas Rupert (and wife Bonnie) of Harrisburg; and two sisters, Eileen Miller (and husband, Harry) and Linda Hepschmidt (and husband, Phil) both of Harrisburg.
Memorial services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans Department of PA, 4219 Trindle Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011-5728.
