Harold Lloyd Anderson

Harold Lloyd Anderson, age 74, of Carlisle, passed away Sunday, June 4, 2017 at the Church of God Home, Carlisle with his loving family at his side.
He was born August 12, 1942 in Bedford, PA to the late Joseph W. and Mildred Virginia (Nave) Anderson.
Harold attended Bedford Area High School. He was a truck driver for over 40 years. He worked as a driver for 28 years for ABF Trucking and for the former Wilson Freight and Caro Trucking companies. He liked baseball, NASCAR and was a Steelers and Pirates fan. He was a former member of St. James Lutheran Church in Bedford, PA.
He is survived by: three daughters, Tammy (husband Kent) Grimes of Clearville, PA, Lisa Marie Anderson and Christine D. Anderson, both of Henderson, NV; two brothers, Charles (wife Connie) Anderson of Bedford, PA and Paul (wife Linda) Anderson of Greencastle, PA; two sisters, Kathleen Vincent of Akron, OH and Mary Ann (husband Gary) Beltoya of Kenosha, WI; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Harold was preceded in death by his son, Jeffrey Lynn Foor and a daughter, Secret Lee Anderson.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA with Rev. Daniel R. Mikesell officiating. Burial will follow at Bedford Memorial Park Chapel at 2:30 p.m. with Lay Speaker Robbie Roland officiating in Bedford, PA. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
