Graham Ian Mulholland

Graham Ian Mulholland, 61, of Carlisle, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020 at his home.
He was born May 8, 1959 in Glasgow, Scotland to the late John "Ian" Dickson and Ann (Murray) Mulholland.
Graham recently retired as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council. Graham led one of three agencies for the federal Developmental Disabilities Act and was a great thinker and advocate for Pennsylvanians with developmental and intellectual disabilities. He was a believer that disability is a natural part of the human condition and pushed for advocacy agencies to work together toward a common goal.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joan Mulholland of Carlisle; two daughters, Lyndsey Mulholland (fiancé Kris Quintana) of Harrisburg and Lauren Mulholland of Brooklyn, NY; one sister, Joanne Miller of Paisley, Scotland; and three nieces and nephews, Tanya, Thomas, and Jasmine Miller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one nephew, John Miller.
Friends and family will be received from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Monday, October 26, 2020 at the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
