Gerald W. "Jerry" Wright

Gerald W. “Jerry” Wright, age 77, of Carlisle and formerly of Warren, OH, passed away Monday, October 16, 2017 at the UPMC Pinnacle Carlisle Medical Center.
He was born January 23, 1940 in Warren, OH to the late Carl Tinley and Ethel Mae (O’Bryon) Wright.
Jerry honorably served his country in the United States Army for 32 years before his retirement including service during the Vietnam War. He was an avid Cleveland Indians fan and hopeful Cleveland Browns fan.
He is survived by: his wife of 31 years, Patricia E. Folan of Carlisle; a son, Jeremy F. Wright of Chicago, IL; a daughter, Danielle F. (husband Craig) Costigan of Lemoyne; a brother, C. Tom (wife Monica) Wright of Highland Park, MI; and a granddaughter, Aoife Costigan. In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by four siblings, Leonard and Darrell Wright, Mimi Logan and Laurie Sinnett.
Graveside services will be private and held at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA.

Wright Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17013 or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
