Franklin M. Rode

Franklin M. “Frank” Rode, 76, of Harrisburg and formerly of Carlisle, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022, at Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
He was born November 2, 1945, in Highspire to the late Charles and Frances (Dupler) Rode.
Frank worked most of his adult life at Food Lion.
Franklin is survived by one brother, Albert (wife Patricia) Rode of Millerstown; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five siblings, Terance, Elwood, Elizabeth, Winifred, and Martha.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Shoops Cemetery, 4332 Lexington Street Harrisburg, PA 17109 with Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating.
