Frances Wolf Crock

Frances Wolf Crock, 92, of Carlisle, formerly of Washington, DC, Philadelphia and New Castle, DE, died Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle.
Born May 9, 1918 in Fairfax, VA, she was a daughter of the late George P. and Belle Graham Wolf and the widow of William A. Crock, Jr.
She was a graduate of the University of Maryland and a member of the Cappa Delta Sorority. Frances was a social worker for the State of Delaware. She was a volunteer at the Carlisle Hospital. She was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, Carlisle.
Surviving are her son William A. Crock, III of Baltimore, MD, one daughter, Pamela Hendrickson of Lewes, DE and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister Anne Flatley.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am., Thursday, February 17, 2011 at Second Presbyterian Church, 528 Garland Drive, Carlisle with Rev. Jeffrey W. Gibeluis and Rev. Jennifer J. McKenna officiating. Private burial will be held in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Churchtown.
