Florence T. Edwards

Florence T. Edwards, age 85, of Landisburg, PA passed away Monday, May 16, 2016 at the Church of God Home, Carlisle.
She was born June 2, 1930 in Flushing, NY to the late John and Florence Carroll Ryder and was the widow of the late Edward T. Edwards who passed in January 1988.
Florence nurtured her family and took great pride in all of them
She is survived by four sons, Edward (Barbara) Edwards of Landisburg, Richard (Jennifer) Edwards of North Scituate, RI, William (Terry) Edwards of East Stroudsburg, PA and James (Linda) Edwards of Bohemia, NY; two daughters, Barbara (Gordon) McCree of Binghamton, NY and Theresa (Larry) Letzelter of Sarver, PA; three sisters; eleven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, 2106 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA with Rev. Scott Leone officiating. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of the services. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
