Fay E. Paxton-Heishman

Fay E. Paxton-Heishman, 84, of Carlisle, went home to be with the Lord on May 17, 2019. Born on July 25, 1934 in Carlisle, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Verna (Powley) Tosten.

Fay was a member of the Great Hope Baptist Church in Carlisle. She loved her church and family and took great pride in spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Rodney (Cathy) Paxton and their son Todd; Vickie Kuhn and her daughter Michele; Michael Paxton and his family; and Deborah (Alvin) Railing; and sister Phyllis Bailey and her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Rodney Paxton, Sr. in 1995 and Marlin Heishman in 2015, and an infant son, Anthony.

Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Great Hope Baptist Church, 110 Fern Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17013.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.
