Evelyn Quinn

Evelyn Quinn, 79, of Carlisle, died Saturday Aug. 4, 2012 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.

Born Dec. 12, 1932 in Hustontown, a daughter of the late Andrew and Luella Hoffman Stevens and the widower of her husband of 49 years, Jack E. Quinn.

She retired from the Cumberland County Nursing Home in 1994 after over 30 years of service.

Evelyn is survived by a daughter, Valerie Harring, Carlisle; three granddaughters, Sunshine, Heather and Lisa; four great-grandchildren; two sisters and one brother. She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday Aug. 8, 2012 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 219 N. Hanover St. Carlisle. There will be a viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday Aug. 7, 2012 in the funeral home.
