Eunice K. Morrow

Eunice K. Morrow, age 92, of Carlisle, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017 at the home of her son.
She was born August 26, 1925 in Hardy County, West Virginia to the late Thurman and Dora (Wilkins) Peer and was the widow of William H. Morrow who passed March 6, 2013.
Eunice was retired from the Cumberland County Nursing Home as a Nurse’s Aide and later volunteered at both Project SHARE and the Salvation Army soup kitchen. She was a longtime member of the former Allison United Methodist Church of Carlisle where she taught Sunday school.
She is survived by: four children, William Morrow, Cathy Morrow and Robert Morrow, all of Carlisle and Susan Yeingst of Mechanicsburg; two brothers, James Whetzel and Wayne Whetzel, both of Virginia; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2017 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA with Rev. Dr. Paul Herring officiating. Burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Friday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the services.
