Eugene S. Willis

Eugene S. Willis, age 75 of Carlisle, passed away December 17, 2020 at UPMC Pinnacle West Shore Hospital. Born December 3, 1945 in Califon, NJ, son of the late Lester and Anna (Hendershot) Willis. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly A. (Matarazzo) Willis and brother, Lester Willis Jr.
Gene was a truck driver, he enjoyed talking on the CB, camping and yard sales. He was an avid NASCAR fan, loved his pets and John Deere. He enjoyed watching the gameshow network and every Wednesday he would go to Chicago, by way of all the Chicago TV shows.
Gene is survived by his son, Ronald (Sharon) Apgar, Broadway, NJ and these daughters, Bonnie (Eric) Luca, Flemington, NJ; Tammy (Nathaniel) Wilkinson, Carlisle; Stephanie (David) Bedo, White Twp., NJ; Marcia (James) Hoffman, Phillipsburg, NJ; Heather (Tina) Edwards, Venice, FL and Kimberly (Joseph) Kucker, Carlisle. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, viewing and service will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
Gene will be laid to rest beside his wife at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens.
