Esther Louise Myers

Esther “Sisâ€Â Louise Myers, 79, of Carlisle, died Saturday September 22, 2012 in the Carolyn Croxton Slane Hospice Residence.
Born September 26, 1932, in Carlisle, the daughter of the late Leroy W. and Florence M. Chamberlin Wilson and the widow of Kenneth Wayne Myers.
Mrs. Myers was formerly employed by Bedford Shoe Co., Food Fair and A&P Grocery. She attended First United Methodist Church, Carlisle. Esther was a member of several area bowling leagues and the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, Carlisle.
Surviving are two daughters, Debra L. Fraker and her husband James, Carlisle and Terry L. Myers-Vetter and her husband Warren, Carlisle, five grandchildren, Michelle, Karin, Ryan, Adriana and Garrett, eight great-grandchildren, Samantha, Anthony, Micayla, Jenna, Peyton, Rylen, Anaya and Scottie and her dog, Bucky. She was preceded in death by a son, Barron W. Myers, four brothers: Earl, Charles, Bruce and Paul Wilson.
Memorial services will be held at 3:00 pm Friday, September 28, 2012 in the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle. Burial at Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens will be private and at the convenience of the family.
