Elva S. Lebo

Elva S. Lebo, 95, of Carlisle died, Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
Born August 5, 1919 in Shermans Dale, to the late Elmer L. and Lillian Hicks Shatto, Sr. and was the widow of Luther W. Lebo who passed February 24, 1997.
She was a farmer's wife for most of her life. She had worked at the Claremont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Carlisle and a former secretary for Carper and Gates of Carlisle. Elva enjoyed flower gardening, reading, and spending time with her loving family.
Surviving are two sons, Dennis R. Lebo (wife Michelle) and Duane L. Lebo (companion Danita Kuhn) both of Carlisle; one sister, Agetha M. Smeigh of Shermans Dale; one brother, Elmer L. Shatto, Jr of Shermans Dale; two grandchildren, Jason E. Lebo (wife Carrie) and Katlynn Pittman (husband Colby); and two great-grandchildren, Braelyn and Bramere. She was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Shatto and two sisters, Erma Watson and Alda Morrison.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle with Rev. Richard L. Reese officiating. Burial will be in Westminster Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. A viewing will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday, January 19, 2015 and on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service the funeral home.
