Eileen J. Heberlig

Eileen J. Heberlig, 80, of Carlisle, passed away on Monday July 18, 2022. She was born October 13, 1941 to the late John Snyder and Tressie (Keck) Snyder.

She is survived by her daughter Barbara Bear (husband Troy), her son John Heberlig (wife Heidi), sisters Shirley Delp (husband Merle), Patsy Shover, Judy Hershey (husband William) and Sandra Snyder (husband Tom), two grandsons, James Laughman and Christopher Laughman (wife Leslie), 6 great grandchildren, Dylan, Siara, Tyler, Skylee, Braden, Aubrey and 1 great, great, grandchild, Emerson.

In addition to her parents, Eileen preceded in death by her husband James Heberlig, her stepmother Genevieve “Jenny” Snyder, her brother John “Jack” Snyder, and sisters Carolyn Bender, Margaret “Peggy” Bridge, and Joanne “Jo” Swartz and one great grandchild, Aurora.

Eileen was an avid antique collector, enjoyed puzzles, playing cards, but really enjoyed cooking and entertaining.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, July 25, 2022 at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Rd., Carlisle, PA 17013. Viewing will be held Monday at the funeral home from 10:00AM until service time. Interment will be in Westminster Cemetery.
