Diane Christine “Mummy” Good, 66, of Carlisle, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at her daughter’s residence.

She was born September 16, 1953 to the late Mervin and Geraldine (Baughman) Loy. She was the widow of William Good.

Diane was a 1972 graduate of Carlisle High School and was formerly employed by Lear. She was a longtime member of St. James Lutheran Church in Bloserville and donated her time in Women Ministries through the Salvation Army. Diane loved knitting, going to the shore, attending meat raffles, bingo, gardening, coloring, and spending time with her children, grandchildren and grandpups, Yankee and Bella. Diane was a free-spirited woman that everyone knew, loved and referred to as “Mummy”.

She is survived by her children, Justin Good of Carlisle, Natalie Stum (husband Brandon) of Newville, and Rebecca Good (Eli Diven) of Carlisle; sister, Maxine Metzger of Carlisle; grandchildren, Andrew Dye, Matthew and Taylor Good, Haylee Kessler, Alexa Diven, Kylie Singer and Henry Stum; nephews, Scott Metzger, Doug Metzger (wife Jeannette), and Brian “Jake” Metzger (wife Heather). In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Don Metzger and niece, Crystal Linn Metzger.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family at the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be at Westminster Memorial Gardens.
