Deborah J. Gossert, 60, of Carlisle, died Monday, September 17, 2012 at her home.
Born May 12, 1952 in Carlisle, she was a daughter of the late John and Jane Russell Farrell.
She was employed as the coffee hostess of the Sheetz on the Carlisle Pike in Carlisle. She was a graduate of Carlisle High School, Class of 1970. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Carlisle and she liked to travel.
Surviving are her husband of 17 years, Kenneth E. Gossert of Carlisle; two daughters, Susanna Sheaffer of Marietta and Heidi Richwine (and husband, Greg) of Carlisle; two step-sons, Dana Gossert of Carlisle and Kent Gossert of Carlisle; three sisters, Tina Bitner (and husband, Steve) of Carlisle, Marian Welsh of Carlisle, and Julie Newsome of New York; and two granddaughters, Madison and Ashley Richwine. Also, five grandsons. She was preceded in death by one step-son, Edward Gossert.
Memorial services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
