David W. Mckay

David W. McKay, age 60, of Carlisle, passed away Monday, March 27, 2017 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
He was born July 23, 1956 in Youngstown, OH to the late Frank and Helen (Connell) McKay.
David was previously a retail manager for Hills Department Stores helping to renovate the old stores before starting his own company, McKay Logistics. He was an amateur movie critic, loved science fiction movies, especially all the Star Wars movies and was also a Trivial Pursuit master.
He is survived by: his wife, Pam McKay; three sons, Chad (and Jodi) McKay, William McKay and Richard (and wife Allyson) McKay; two daughters, Brandy (and Brett) McKay and Melissa (and Chris) Lees; nine grandchildren, Savannah, Sabrina, Christopher, Carly, Rheagan, Erin, Tamra, Riley and a baby girl on the way; one great-grandchild, Damian; and a brother, Jeffrey McKay.
In accordance with David's wishes, there will not be any visitation or services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Central PA Chapter, 2405 Park Drive, Suite 100, Harrisburg, PA 17110 or to the Sadler Health Clinic, 100 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013.
