David Eugene Collanbine

David Eugene Collanbine, 44, of Mechanicsburg, died Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Golden Living Center of Camp Hill with his family by his side.
He was born in Mechanicsburg on February 4, 1970 to the late Dorn L. and Rosemary (Marker) Collanbine.
He enjoyed sprint car racing at Williams Grove Speedway, NASCAR racing and Dale Earnhardt, Jr., old movies and TV shows. He was noted to be a chatterbox at the Golden Living Center.
He is survived by his brother, Michael J. (and wife Noel) Collanbine and a sister, Judi K. (and husband Jeff) Bressler both of Dillsburg. Also a brother-in-law, David Cassatt of Carlisle, a niece, Tiffany Bressler of Dillsburg and especially his adopted family at Golden Living Center of Camp Hill. He was predeced in death by his parents and a sister, Jodi May Collanbine Cassatt.
Celebration of Life services will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 6:00 pm with Reverend Jeanette S. Jenkins officiating at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013. There will be a gathering of friends from 4:00-6:00 pm Wednesday before the services.
Memorial contributions may be made to Golden Living Center of Camp Hill, 46 Erford Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
