Daniela Maria Tubbs

Daniela Maria Tubbs, a courageous and strong-hearted soul, bid her final farewell on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, following a valiant year and a half battle with cancer. Born on January 29, 1945, in the midst of World War II in Steyr, Austria, Daniela's life was a testament to resilience and love.

She was the cherished and only child of Hermann Lampelmayr and Gertrude Lampelmayr-Riederich, a beacon of light amidst challenging times. Daniela's indomitable spirit carried her through life's trials and triumphs, shaping her into the extraordinary woman that she was.

Daniela's legacy is forever carried on by her three adoring children. Beatrix Lampelmayr-Zivojevic of Aschach an der Steyr, Austria, her spouse Rudolf Zivojevic, Edward Tubbs of Boiling Springs, PA, his spouse Crystal L. Tubbs and Andrew L. Tubbs of Carlisle, PA, his spouse Pamela J. Tubbs, each a testament to her boundless love and devotion. Additionally, she leaves behind four beloved grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life: Christoph Zivojevic of Steyr, Austria, Alexandria N. Tubbs of Boiling Springs, PA, Anthony E. Tubbs of Hershey, PA and Brynleigh H. Tubbs of Carlisle, PA. She was preceded in death by her grandson Anthony M. Davis of Custer Park, IL.

Throughout her professional journey, Daniela found her passion in jewelry retail sales, touching the lives of many with her expertise and warm demeanor. An avid animal enthusiast, she held a special place in her heart for elephants, embodying their grace and strength in her own life.

In the tranquility of her retirement years, Daniela continued to radiate kindness and hospitality. As a morning customer service hostess at the Comfort Suites in Carlisle, PA, she extended her innate gift for making people feel welcome and valued.

Daniela Maria Tubbs' legacy lives on through the memories she shared, the love she bestowed, and the strength she displayed in the face of adversity. Her departure leaves a void that can never be filled, but her spirit will forever inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her.

A celebration of Daniela's life will be held to honor her memory, from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at the Comfort Suites/Whiskey Rebellion, 10 South Hanover Street Carlisle, PA 17013.
