Cynthia S. "Cindy" Fisher

Cynthia S. "Cindy" Fisher, age 58, of Carlisle, passed away Sunday, September 18, 2016 at the West Shore Hospital, Mechanicsburg.
She was born June 25, 1958 in Carlisle to the late Morris and Gloria Metzger and was the widow of the late Arthur "Corky" Fisher.
Cindy was a graduate of Cedar Cliff High School and was employed by the U.S. Army War College. She was a huge NASCAR fan and enjoyed cheering for her favorite drivers, the Earnhardts. While her husband was alive, they enjoyed roller-skating together.
She is survived by her three children, Robert Fisher, Jenifer Fisher and Desirae Fisher Moyer and her husband Chad Moyer, all of Carlisle; three siblings, Butch, Sharon and Mary Ann; and three grandchildren, Charlotte, Ryken and Sylvie. In addition to her parents and husband, Cindy was preceded in death by a sister, Dixie Berkheimer.
Memorial services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Road, Carlisle, PA. There will be a visitation from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the services.
