Cora V. Moose Moose

Cora V. Moose, 95, of Carlisle, died Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home, Carlisle.
Born March 9, 1915 in Mechanicsburg, she was a daughter of the late John and Lilly Walters Radabaugh and the widow of Russell S. Moose.
Cora worked on the family farm with her husband, Russell. She also worked for Knouse Foods, Peach Glen as an apple trimmer.
Surviving are one son Barry L. Moose of Shippensburg, one daughter, Barbara A. Smith (and husband, Gerald) of Carlisle, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, five step great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren and five step great-great grandchildren. Also numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Harold and Donald Moose, one great grandson, Brian and nine brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, Carlisle with Chaplain Anna Thompson officiating. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. A viewing will be held from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
