Clifford W. Fields

Clifford W. Fields age 81, passed away on January 7, 2023 at home surrounded by his wife Donna and his family. He was born on May 31, 1941 in Dayton, OH. son of Hiram Clyde and Mary Ellen (Connelly) Fields.

Clifford worked as a Journeyman Industrial Electrician in the Manufacturing Industry for TB Woods company for 25 years and earned his Journeyman Electricians Certification before his retirement. He served our Country in the US Navy for over 20 years retiring as a Senior Chief Petty Officer Electrician where he worked on both Diesel- and Nuclear-Powered Submarines.

Clifford will be remembered by his family as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and uncle who loved the Lord. He enjoyed spending time with his family and taking day trips. He also enjoyed helping his friends work on their projects and working on cars.

Clifford is survived by his wife Donna who shared 30 years together, his children Greg, Iain Sr., Jessica, Meghan, Robert, and Jacob and daughter in law, Christine. He is also survived by his sister Harriet and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Aaron and sister Blanche.

A Celebration of Life Service in honor of Clifford will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 6:00 PM with Pastor Dave Mitchell officiating at the services with Military Honors held at Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory 2020 W. Trindle Rd Carlisle PA. 17103

In Lieu of Flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to the Cumberland Valley Honor Guard 1 Courthouse Square Carlisle, PA. 17013
