Cindy Ann Canfield

Cindy Ann Canfield, 53 of Carlisle died Monday March 7, 2011 in Carlisle Regional Medical Center.
Born October 31, 1957 in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of Lois Davidson Bressler Lauver, Mifflin and the late Earl Bressler.
Cindy was a 1975 graduate of Shippensburg High School and graduated from York Hospital School of Nursing. She was a Registered Nurse at Carlisle Regional Medical Center for 26 years. She attended West Hill United Methodist Church. Cindy loved to travel with friends and she loved gospel and country music, especially Keith Urban. She loved her dogs and took in rescue dogs for Wire Fox Terriers Rescue.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 15 years, David Canfield, a sister, Cathy Bressler, King George, VA, a brother, Michael Bressler, Albuquerque, NM, two nephews, Joshua Morris, Burke, VA and Steven Morris, Smithfield, VA and her step-father, Alton Lauver, Mifflin. She was preceded in death by a sister, Teresa Morris.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday March 10, 2011 in the Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 219 North Hanover Street, with the Rev. Leon Canfield officiating. There will be a viewing from 5:00 pm Thursday until the time of the service in the funeral home.
