Charles Myers

Charles "Dog" Edward Myers, 65 of Carlisle, PA passed away on April 22, 2023 after a battle with lung cancer.

He was preceded by his parents, Helen & Mervin Myers, brother, Sammy, and niece, Beth.

He is survived by his sister, Francis Garman (husband John), daughter, Tiffany Hernandez, three grandsons, Devante Floyd (Megan Schmitt), Quinton & Jayden Hernandez, great granddaughter, Paisley Floyd, nephew, John Garman Jr. (wife Jen) and their four children.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and shooting pool. Charlie was well known for his playful personality and heart of gold.

He was a member of the Amvets, and the Carlisle Moose where he made many friends that loved him, and will miss him dearly. He retired from his career as a mechanic at Lube N Go in December 2022.

Most importantly he will be remembered by his daughter as “the best Dad a girl could've ever asked for” and was always there when she needed him.

There will be a Celebration of Life at the Moose Lodge, Carlisle, planned for a later date. Details will follow.
