Cesarina Delatorres "Czarina" Coutts

Cesarina "Czarina" De La Torre Coutts, 56, of Carlisle, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 12, 2021, at UPMC Carlisle.
She was born December 28, 1964, in Cebu, Philippines to the late Gerardo C. and Irenea (Musico) De La Torre.
Czarina was very proud of her Filipino heritage. She had a strong Christian faith and was a member of Lighthouse Church of God where she was the musical worship leader and decorator and her husband served as an associate pastor. Czarina had an eye for fashion and design, a passion for creating crafts, and cooking. She was a very caring and generous person who was beautiful inside and out. Czarina was a very family-oriented woman and enjoyed the time she spent with her family and talking to her family overseas.
She is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Christian S. Coutts of Carlisle; two children, Kierra K. and James C. Coutts both of Carlisle; one sister, Alma Devilleres of Cebu, Philippines; three nieces and nephews, Alma Mae Devilleres, Therese Devilleres, and Kris Joe Marie Manayago all of Cebu, Philippines; one great-nephew, Soleil Joseph Devilleres of Cebu, Philippines; her mother-in-law, Denise Coutts of St. Michael, PA; her sister-in-law, Joy (fiancée Scott Croyle) Coutts of St. Michael, PA; and their children, Ian (fiancée Alexandra Williamson) Shugars, Denver Miller, Makara Miller, Laiken Miller, Natalie Croyle, and Nathan Croyle all of St. Michael, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Antonieta Manayaga and Inocenthia De La Torre; two nieces, May Ann De La Torre and Mary Andonette Manayaga; and her father-in-law, Robert Coutts.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at the Lighthouse Church of God, 910 Cavalry Road Carlisle, PA 17013 with Pastor Chris Current officiating. Burial will be private and held at the convenience of the family. A viewing will be held from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021, at the Hoffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 2020 West Trindle Road Carlisle, PA 17013.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Czarina to the Lighthouse Church of God, 910 Cavalry Road Carlisle, PA 17013.
