Carl Leslie Fraker

Carl Leslie Fraker, age 71, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023, at UPMC Harrisburg. He was born May 25, 1952, in Carlisle to the late William Andrew and Flora Anna (Downes) Fraker.

Carl served in the United States Air Force. After his military service, Carl began his 20-year career as an Over the Road Commercial Truck Driver, retiring in 2014. He was a member of First United Church of Christ in Carlise and enjoyed coaching baseball, football, and soccer.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Janice A. (Kepner) Fraker; sons David M. Fraker and family and Thomas C. Fraker and family. Carl is also survived by his sisters Phyllis J. Minnich and her husband William and Diane E. Harrold and her husband Dennis Potvin and brother James E. Fraker and wife Debra. In addition to his late parents, Carl was preceded in death by his brother William L. Fraker and foster sister Stella Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 PM on Monday, November 27, 2023, at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory, 2020 W. Trindle Rd., Carlisle, PA 17013.
