Carl Darr

Carl L. Darr, 89, of Carlisle, died Friday, March 14, 2025.

Born in Carlisle, he was the son of the late William and Irene (Baker) Darr, husband of the late Sondra Darr, who passed away in 2015 and father of the late Doug Darr, who passed away in 2021.

Carl worked for PPG, retiring with over 40 years with the company.

He was an Eagle Scout in his younger years and served in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and just being outside.

Carl is survived by his son: Daniel Darr; his granddaughter: Tasha; his great granddaughter: Adie and his siblings: Steve, Dave, Betty and Jean.

In addition to his parents, wife and son, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Paul, Chester, Darryl, Albert, Lee, Bob, Wayne, Larry, Dale, and Mary.

Services and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
