Bonnie R. Stewart

Bonnie R. Stewart, age 72, of Carlisle, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017 at the Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home, Carlisle.
She was born January 10, 1945 in Chester, PA to the late Park W. Stewart.
Mimi enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and shared her granddaughter’s love of dance. She was an avid reader of history, especially about Native American Indians, and was a World War II history buff. She was an avid New York Yankees fan. Mimi enjoyed baking and her Christmas cookies will be missed by everyone.
She is survived by: her son, Kevin L. Eash of Pearland, TX; her daughter, Tammy L. Miller of Franklin Park, NJ; three sisters, Ardythe A. Stewart of Johnstown, Judy K. (husband David) Boltz of Johnstown and Norma J. Ocker of Carlisle; five grandchildren, Amanda, T.J., Jera, Kyle and Troy; and three great-grandchildren, Brittany, Kaden and Trentin. In addition to her father, Bonnie was preceded in death by her brother, Robert W. Stewart.
There will be no viewing and memorial services will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the PA Breast Cancer Coalition, 2397 Quentin Road, Suite B, Lebanon, PA 17042 and/or the American Heart Association, Capital Region Division, 1019 Mumma Road, Wormleysburg, PA 17043.
