Barry W. Brown

Barry W. Brown, 69, of Carlisle, died Saturday, December 12, 2020 in his home.
Born September 10, 1951 in Carlisle, he was the son of the late Clarence and Chloe (Eichelberger) Brown.
Barry graduated from Big Spring High School in 1969. He retired from Ross Distribution after 25 years. He loved Hallmark movies, QVC, food, cooking, and the annual family Christmas trips to Hickory Bridge.
Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Belinda S. Brown, two daughters, April K. Brown, and her husband Doug, of Dauphin and Liberty M. DeWalt, and her husband Dustin, of Newville, a granddaughter, Cierra R. DeWalt of Newville, a sister, Bonnie L. Gettys, of Carlisle and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brother, Dana L. Brown and a sister, Connie S. Campbell. He is also survived by his sidekick, his dog, Tinkerbell.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Friday at the S. Fairview Church of God in Newville, with Rev. Kevin Dunlap officiating. There will be a visitation from 2:00 pm until the time of service. Burial will be in Newville Cemetery.
