Anthony L. "Tony" Lepore

Anthony L. "Tony" Lepore, age 90, of Carlisle, PA, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at the Country Meadows Retirement Community, Mechanicsburg, PA.
He was born February 21, 1926 in Uniontown, PA to the late Angelo and Judith (Troianello) Lepore and was the widower of the late Davadine (Stark) Lepore.
Tony was a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's degree. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Tony opened the Sears store in the Capitol City Mall in 1974 and retired in 1989 after 30+ years in management with Sears and Roebuck.
He is survived by three daughters, Lynne (and husband William) Wilson of New Cumberland, Lisa (and husband Robert) Smyser of York and Leslie Lepore (and husband Mark Carlson) of Naperville, IL; and four grandchildren, Lyndsie (and husband Jason) Pratt of Crownsville, MD; Paul Smyser of Hershey; and Drew and Emma Carlson, both of Naperville, IL. In addition to his parents and wife, Tony was preceded in death by his sister, Dolores Shirey and two brothers, Alphonse and Frank Lepore.
Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
